Join us every Wednesday for our weekly creative club for 6–11 year olds!
Each week brings a brand-new theme, artist or creative challenge to explore with plenty of opportunities to experiment with different materials and techniques. From painting and collage to clay, printing, textiles and everything in between, there’s always something new to discover.
These relaxed, hands-on sessions are designed to encourage creativity, build confidence and develop practical making skills in a fun and supportive environment. Children can get stuck in, try new things and make something they’re proud of, all while enjoying some screen-free creative time.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Children are welcome to attend every week or simply drop in whenever it suits your schedule. Each session offers new activities and creative opportunities, so whether you're a regular or joining us for the first time, there's always something fresh to try!
Freshly Squeezed Studio workshops are designed as independent sessions for children aged 6–11, so parents and guardians do not need to stay. Our friendly team will supervise all activities throughout the workshop.

Get creative with colour and water at this fun Paper Marbling Workshop at the Waterworks Museum Hereford! 🎨💦
Learn how to create beautiful swirling patterns and marbled effects using simple paper marbling techniques. Experiment with different colours, drops and movements to create your own unique designs as no two pieces will ever be quite the same!
You'll have plenty of time to play with the process and create a collection of colourful marbled papers to take home. These can be used for cards, artwork, wrapping paper, journaling and all sorts of future creative projects.
This hands-on workshop is suitable for ages 8+ and is perfect for curious young artists, families and anyone who enjoys experimenting with something new.

Fancy a bit of creative time, good company and cake? Craft & Cake is a weekly social craft session for everyone aged 12+, from home-schoolers and creative mums to over-60s and everyone in between! 🎨🍰
Bring along your own craft project to work on, or have a go at our craft of the week and learn something new. Whether you're into knitting, drawing, sewing, crochet, collage or simply fancy trying something different, there's no pressure to be an expert, just come along and enjoy making at your own pace.
Craft & Cake is about creativity and connection. It's a relaxed, welcoming space to meet new people, chat, share skills, work alongside others or simply enjoy some peaceful crafting time.
And because crafting is always better with refreshments, your session includes a free hot drink and a slice of cake! ☕🍰

Sour Drops is Creative Juice’s monthly craft club for 12–16 year olds - a relaxed space to get creative, hang out and meet new people.
Each month we’ll have a different craft or creative activity to try, from sewing and printmaking to jewellery, collage and more. There’s plenty of time to experiment, chat and make something completely your own, with no pressure to be perfect.
Whether you come with friends or fancy meeting some new people, Sour Drops is a chance to switch off from screens, try something different and enjoy a creative evening in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Hot drinks, mocktails and snacks will be provided.

Discover the traditional craft of wool spinning in this hands-on workshop with expert heritage spinner Alison Milton. 🧶✨
Learn how to turn raw wool into yarn using a traditional drop spindle, from preparing the fibres to drafting and twisting your own thread. Alison will guide you through the process, sharing her knowledge of this fascinating heritage craft and helping you develop the skills to spin your own yarn.
Alison is a traditional textile worker and a leather worker. She divides her time fairly equally between knitting caps and making leather pouches, cases, belts and bracers based on archaeological finds and museum exhibits.
Whether you're completely new to spinning or simply curious to try an age-old craft, this relaxed workshop is a chance to slow down, learn something new and enjoy the satisfaction of making something by hand. Ideal for textile or yarn artists wanting to use something hand spun!
Expect plenty of chatting, experimenting and creative time, with expert guidance throughout. You'll leave with your own hand-spun yarn and the confidence to keep practising at home.

Our workshops provide welcoming spaces where everyone can relax, try something new and enjoy being creative. There’s no pressure to be good and no experience needed - just curiosity and a bit of imagination!
We aim to remove barriers to creativity by keeping sessions affordable, offering flexible “pay what you can” or concession options where possible and providing all the materials needed to take part.
Creative Juice is designed to be informal and social. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive small group environment where creativity, conversation and community can grow.
